On March 21, Hilbert Smit from Boothuren Giethoorn (Geythorn), together with local entrepreneurs, officially launched the Leave No Trace campaign in Giethoorn.
This awareness campaign highlights what Giethoorn stands for: peace, nature and respect for the environment. From Giethoorn Noord, a traditional punter boat symbolically took to the water as the starting point of a shared movement.
